Abstract :
In this letter, a new sufficient delay-dependent exponential stability condition for a class of neutral delayed differential equations: d d t [ x ( t ) + p x ( t − τ ( t ) ) ] + a x ( t ) − b tanh x ( t − σ ( t ) ) = 0 , is given in terms of the linear matrix inequality (LMI). Our delay-dependent condition obtained here is shown to be less conservative than some existing results via three illustrative examples.
