Abstract :
We provide a combinatorial proof for the coincidence of Knuth equivalence classes, Kazhdan–Lusztig left cells and Vogan classes for the symmetric group, involving only Robinson–Schensted algorithm and the combinatorial part of the Kazhdan–Lusztig cell theory.
