Concise estimate of allowable perturbations for Schur property of real polynomials

A method is proposed to quickly calculate a lower bound for the size of stability-preserving perturbations in the coefficients of real Schur polynomials. The feature of the method is, above all, its simplicity: we have only to invert a certain real matrix and to sum up the modulus of all the entries.
