Abstract :
We present a gravitational theory with Newtonian force and repulsive force. Considering the repulsive force as being a small perturbation to the Newtonian force, it is shown that on the intragalactic scale it is responsible for the ‘unclosing’ of the planetary orbits. On the extragalactic scale, in the absence of the Newtonian force, it produces the Hubble effect. In a particular spacetime framework, the removal of the repulsive component is equivalent to the dependence of the Newton constant on the epoch. The insertion of relativistic amendments led to the generalization of the Lorentz transformations and the metric elements.
