A simplicial formula for the η-invariant of hyperbolic 3-manifolds

The purpose of this paper is to give a completely general Dehn surgery formula for the η-invariant of hyperbolic 3-manifolds. Such a formula, combined with others, makes the η-invariant and the (mod Z) Chern-Simons invariant almost as computable as the volume for hyperbolic 3-manifolds.
