Sur les Permutations Comptées par les Nombres de Genocchi de 1-ière et 2-ième Espèce

The two kinds of Genocchi numbers are known to enumerate permutations satisfying specific conditions. Two additive devices are proposed to generate these numbers and to distribute them according to the first term of the relevant permutations.
