Orbital Schemes ofB3(q) Acting on 2-Dimensional Totally Isotropic Subspaces

In this paper the authors detemine the intersection numbers of the orbital association schemesB3,2(q) by characterizing the orbitals in terms of incidence chains of specified type. It is subsequently shown that the schemesB3,2(q) have no nontrivial fusion schemes.
