The Doubly Transitive Flocks of Quadratic Cones

We classify the flocks of quadratic cones inPG(3,q),qodd, that admit the group G ≤PGL(4,q) acting doubly transitively on the conics of the flock. This yields, in conjunction with a predecessor to this paper, a complete classification of the doubly transitive oval and quadratic flocks inPG(3,q), for all prime powersq.
