Computing the moments of order statistics from nonidentically distributed Weibull variables

This paper presents a table for computing all single moments (of any order) of all order statistics (o.s.) arising from n independent nonidentically distributed Weibull random variables (r.v.ʹs). The table is very useful as it will enable one to evaluate all moments in a simple algorithm. It is interesting to mention that the coefficients table is similar to Pascalʹs rule.
