Schrِdinger operators with slowly decaying potentials

Several recent papers have obtained bounds on the distribution of eigenvalues of non-self-adjoint Schrِdinger operators and resonances of self-adjoint operators. In this paper we describe two new methods of obtaining such bounds when the potential decays more slowly than previously permitted.
