Abstract :
Recently, Yun [Jae Heon Yun, Convergence of SSOR multisplitting method for an H -matrix, J. Comput. Appl. Math. 217 (2008) 252–258] studied the convergence of the relaxed multisplitting method associated with SSOR multisplitting for solving a linear system whose coefficient matrix is an H -matrix. In this paper, we improve the main results of Yun’s. Moreover, theoretical analysis and numerical examples clearly show that our new convergent domain is wider.
