The center problem via averaging method

The averaging method has been used to study the problem of the determination of the number of hyperbolic limit cycles that can bifurcate from the period annulus of a center. In this paper we use the averaging method up to any order in the perturbation parameter to determine the center conditions of monodromic singular points of analytic planar vector fields.
