Parity properties and terminal points for lattice walks with steps of equal length

A lattice walk with all steps having the same length d is called a d-walk. In this note we examine parity properties of closed d-walks in R N in relation to N and d. We also characterize real numbers d for which in R 2 every lattice point can be the terminal point in a d-walk starting from the origin.
