On the solvability of a transmission problem for the Laplace operator with a dynamic boundary condition on a nonregular interface

In this paper, we consider a transmission problem for the Laplace operator when an interface contains angular points and time derivatives of the unknown functions enter in the transmission condition. We prove the existence of a unique solution in the weighted Hِlder classes.
