Projections of k-dimensional subsets of Rn onto k-dimensional planes and irregular subsets of the Grassmanian manifolds

In the paper we study a relation between irregular subsets of the Grassmanian manifolds and projections of k-dimensional subsets of Rn onto k-dimensional planes. We also consider applications of th results to study universal k-dimensional spaces.
