Spectral properties of the one-dimensional Schrِdinger operator with point intersections

Spectral properties of the Schrödinger operator on the line with point δ- and δ′-interactions on an infinite discrete set are studied. This is a model operator for quantum mechanics and some important physical problems. Selfadjointness, localization and structure of the spectrum are investigated by operator-theoretical methods.
