Abstract :
The Marsden-Ratiu geometrical reduction for Poisson manifolds is extended to Nambu-Poisson and generalized Poisson manifolds. If in addition a set of Hamiltonians on a Nambu-Poisson manifold is given, the corresponding Hamiltonian system is also reduced. Several applications are given.
