Analytical theory of the motion of Phobos: Analysis of the perturbational function

The perturbational analysis of the motion of one of the moons of Mars — Phobos is performed. The new theory is derived from the problem of the two fixed gravitational centers. The elements of the physical interactions which are the most essential for the motion of Phobos within the preassumed accuracy (one meter of the mean motion of Phobos) are specified.
