Solvable model for the transmission of sound through a screen with narrow slit in the presence of a low-Mach-number bias flow

There is suggested a model for the sound transmission through screen with a narrow slit in presence of a low-Mach-number bias flow. The model is based on the theory of self-adjoint extensions of symmetric operators. In many cases the model solution can be obtained in explicit form.
