Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of intellectual capital (human, structural, customer and innovation) on organizational performance. To achieve this goal, the target population management staff within the organization and outside the organization, the National Development Fund Iran, a sample of 160 students was selected. Data collected by a questionnaire regarding the validity and reliability of expert opinion was affirmed, the data is analyzed and testing the hypotheses, statistical software SPSS, LISREL were used. This descriptive - survey research is to investigate the relationships between variables in terms of correlation. The findings indicate a significant relationship between dimensions of intellectual capital and human capital, structural capital, customer capital and innovation capital on organizational performance effectiveness.
