Abstract
A phenomenological scheme for the construction of mathematical models of movement of a liquid in fracturous-porous media is developed. A closed system of differential equations for the description of the two-velocity multicomponent composite hydrodynamic system is constructed. The general concept of the fracturous-porous system, observance of the conservation laws, their invariance relative to the Galilei transforms, and the necessity of the passage to the limit of the well-known one-velocity analogue make the basis of the system. The uniqueness of equations constructed on the basis of the principles listed above is shown.
