Modeling in support of operational testing

Proponents of simulation modeling in support of military operational testing hope to gain significant efficiencies and effectiveness by applying simulation to the operational testing paradigm. This paper reports research into the applicability of simulation to this paradigm and identifies strengths and short comings to this approach.
