A multiserver retrial queue with a finite number of sources of primary calls

We give an algorithm of numerical calculation of the outside observerʹs distribution of the number of busy servers and the number of customers in orbit, relate this distribution to the arriving customerʹs distribution and suggest a method of analysis of the waiting time.
