Abstract
This paper is devoted to several aspects of long time behavior of 2D micropolar fluid flows. We prove successively: existence and uniqueness of global solutions, existence of a global attractor, convergence to the stationary solution for large viscosity flows, continuous dependence of solutions on microrotation viscosity perturbations, and stability of the corresponding global attractor with respect to these perturbations. Finally, we estimate the Hausdorff and fractal dimensions of global attractors for micropolar fluid flows, uniformly with respect to the size of the microrotation viscosity.
