Abstract
A model of layered structure formed from a water-oil mixture is constructed. The deformed state of layered systems in the presence of a gas is described. Nonlinear hydrodynamic equations of the theory are obtained. The stability of the system at small gas concentrationsis shown. The loss of stability with respect to small transverse perturbations at longitudinal stretching takes place at an increase in the concentration of the gas present. A mechanism of a new type for spatial parametric excitation of the system in the presence of a sufficiently small gradient of gas concentration is proposed.
