Oscillation of second-order linear difference equations

In this paper, we obtain new sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all solutions of the second-order linear difference equation Δ2xn−1 + pnxn = 0, n = 0, 1, 2,…, where Δxn = xn−1 + xn is the forward difference operator, pn is a sequence of nonnegative real numbers. Our results improve the know results in the literature.
