A stochastic modelling of crystallization in a dispersed medium

The main feature of phase changing in a dispersed medium is its random behaviour. The aim of this work is the study of a stochastic model for the crystallization of emulsionʹs droplets. The model is based on a combination of the energy equation and the nucleation theory. We adapt some techniques used in stochastic partial differential equations to prove existence and uniqueness of the solution. Then, we give some numerical simulations and we compare our results to experimental observations.
