  • Abstract
The paired comparisons method is widely used as a self-consistent tool of the decision making support for determination of the relative alternative significance estimates and as a means for determination of criteria or targets hierarchy parameters that are used in more complex decision making methods. In the paper, an approach is suggested to calculation of group aggregated consistent estimates of alternatives, taking into account the relative expertʹs competence in the group and using a feedback to experts for reaching a sufficient estimates consistency in conditions when each expert, member of the group, estimates not all pairs of objects. The approach is applied for development of three group incomplete paired comparison methods and of the direct estimation method. The procedures are suggested for the expert work organization in order to minimize the estimate obtaining time and to achieve their required trustworthiness.
