Abstract :
We consider an “incremental” mathematical model of Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP), an auto-immune disease, which is suitably simple to be of practical use in the clinical management of this pathology. Moreover, the model provides a possible way to solve some open problems in this specific field.
