Abstract :
The present study aimed to investigate the relationship of psychological resilience and moral intelligence with psychological well-being in the employees working with Iranian National Tax Administration (INTA), Sari, Iran. A number of 127 employees were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table using convenient sampling method. The data were collected using Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC), Lennick and Kiel’s moral intelligence scale and Ryff’s psychological well-being scale. The results of Pearson correlation test showed a significant positive correlation of psychological resilience (r=0.35) and moral intelligence (r=0.46) with psychological well-being. Moreover, the results of regression analysis revealed that moral intelligence could significantly predict psychological well-being while resilience was not a significant variable in the regression model.
