Abstract :
In this paper, we construct a class of d z -disjunct matrices with high degree of error-correction (detection) by geometry of orthogonal group over finite field of odd characteristic and discuss the disjunct properties of them. For a t × n d z -disjunct matrix, it has four parameters, n , t , d , z , which we call the design parameters of the d z -disjunct matrix. In order to facilitate the selection of a pooling design in line with our need, we have discussed how these design parameters change with their variables based on the construction.
