Abstract
This work reports some results about the synthesis of unsaturated poly-silafluoroalkyleneoligosiloxanes—derived from TFE telomers—which, after crosslinking, gave elastomeric materials characterized by good flexibility at low temperature, glass transitions below −45 °C and good thermooxidative stability over 250 °C. They are proposed as alternative materials with respect to polyfluoroolefin elastomers.
