Abstract :
Two new iridoid-related compounds with a new carbon skeleton, buergerinin F(1) and G(2) were isolated from the roots of Scrophularia buergeriana Miq., and their structures were determined by spectroscopic means as well as by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The 1H, 13C NMR and EI-MS data of 1 and 2 are given.
