arabino-Fluorooligonucleotide N3′→P5′ phosphoramidates: synthesis and properties

Oligonucleotide analogues with a novel sugar–phosphate backbone containing 2′-arabino-fluoronucleosides and phosphoramidate 3′-NHP(O)(O−)O-5′ internucleoside linkages were prepared. These compounds have demonstrated high binding affinity to complementary nucleic acids as well as greater acid stability than the parent oligonucleotide N3′→P5′ phosphoramidates.
