Abstract :
A synthetic pathway is presented to a functionalized pseudopeptide molecular platform for use in supramolecular and solution-phase combinatorial chemistry. The platform contains amino acids with quaternary asymmetric centers, the configurations of which are determined by the method of synthesis.
