Abstract :
(5-N,N-Dimethylaminonaphthalene-1-sulfonamidoethyl)-5-O-(α-d-arabinofuranosyl)-α-d-arabinofuranoside 1 was synthesized as a fluorescent probe for the determination of arabinosyltransferase activity in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
