Abstract :
Three novel diterpenoids named pachyclavulariaenones A–C (1–3) have been isolated from the soft coral Pachyclavularia violacea. Their structures have been established by spectroscopic methods. The structure of 3 was further confirmed by a single crystal X-ray analysis.
