Abstract :
Four enantiopure pseudo-aza-di-(or tri-)saccharides have been synthesized by aminocyclization of a C2-symmetrical d-manno-bis-epoxide either with a primary amine having a polyhydroxylated tetrahydrofuran skeleton or with a polyhydroxylated piperidine or azepan.
