A novel 3,4-seco-migrated-lupane glycoside with a seven-membered B-ring from Acanthopanax divaricatus var. sachunensis

Sachunoside, a 3,4-seco-migrated-lupane glycoside involving a seven-membered B-ring and seven related 3,4-seco-lupane tripenoids were isolated from Acanthopanax divaricatus Seemann var. Sachunensis Yook and their structures were established by a variety of NMR techniques, including 1H–1H COSY and 1H–13C COSY (HMBC, HMBC) methods, and FABMS.
