Abstract :
The synthesis of amino alkenyl geminal bisphosphonates is carried out via the palladium-catalyzed ring opening of tetraethyl 2-vinyl-1,1-cyclopropane bisphosphonate 1 in the presence of a secondary amine at room temperature. The reaction proceeds with complete regio- and stereoselectivity.
