Abstract :
Convolutive modelling is a rigorous alternative to digital simulation for predicting the outcome of voltammetric experiments. The potentiality of this approach is here extended to embrace situations of low electrolyte concentration, in which both migration and changing uncompensated resistance cause complications. Two and three-electrode cells are considered and examples of chronopotentiometry and cyclic voltammetry are examined in detail.
