Abstract :
The system of three magnetic layers indirectly coupled through nonmagnetic spacers is investigated. The Green function method is applied to study magnetisation distribution and thickness dependence of the Curie temperature. It is shown that in the system consisting of very thin films deviation of the Curie temperature from its value calculated for fully coupled system is related to the sum of absolute values of interlayer coupling parameters through both interfaces. Magnetisation profiles are calculated and the role of surface anisotropy and interlayer coupling parameter is discussed.
