Abstract :
The compound with nominal composition SrFe0.7Cu0.3O3− δ was successfully synthesized. Results showed that it is a cubic perovskite structure with microdomains distributed homogeneously in the crystallite. The proposed model of microdomain structure in SrFe0.7Cu0.3O3− δ is consistent with Jahn–Teller theorem. Around the center of the distorted structure, the coordination extent and symmetry of FeIII ions were reduced, and a microdomain was formed.
