Mixed electronic–ionic conductivity in the glasses of the Li2O–V2O5–P2O5 system

It has been found that the electrical conductivity of the Li2O–V2O5–P2O5 glasses changes from the predominant electronic to the predominant ionic conductivity depending on the chemical composition. The glasses of such properties are prospective materials for applications in novel integrated batteries as solid electrolytes and electrodes.
