Abstract :
The impedance investigations in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 1 MHz of the Cu ion conducting CuInP2S6 with small admixture of CuInP2Se6 are reported. The activation energy EA and conductivity σ0 strongly decreases with increasing of amount of CuInP2Se6.
