The Technical and Economic Features of the Development of Heat Supply Systems in Small Cities of Siberia

An example of the comprehensive approach to solving problems of heat supply in a small city in Siberia is discussed. The technical, economic, and environmental problems which are common for such cities and which are entailed with using the heat from small boiler installations operating on gas, coal, and electric power are studied.
