Abstract :
Amodel structured as a multilayer wall is proposed for analyzing by means of the Fourier method the heat transfer in the p-n junction of a photovoltaic converter equipped with concentrators of solar radiation. It is shown that absorption of solar radiation should be considered as an in-depth distributed process. Analytical expressions for the temperature profile in the microlayer structure of the photovoltaic cell in a solar power station working in a heat-recovery steam power cycle are derived.
