Abstract :
To substantially reduce the time needed for inputting data into the computer, a family of approximating surfaces was developed that accounts for the specific features of the 3D flow paths used in turbomachines. The software package created for the 3D calculation of flows and its segment for generating the flow paths on the basis of a new family of surfaces is being successfully used for the synthesis of highly efficient flow paths in turbo-machines.
