Abstract :
Existing methods for appraising the efficiency of cogeneration are considered, and a new technique of appraisal is proposed. The results of calculations for determining the influence of the relative amount of steam bled off from the turbine for heat supply, the number of bleeds, the pressure of the bleeds, the pressure of the steam upstream of the turbine, and also the relative efficiency of the cogeneration turbine are presented.
