Auxiliary Equipment of Turbine Units: Achievements and Problems

The results from using new elements in the regeneration system of high-capacity native turbines, namely, mixing heaters, a deaeratorless thermal scheme, and a two-cascade scheme of feed-water pumping are presented. New developments of equipment for cooling-water cleaning systems, the application of ball cleaning of condenser tubes, and hybrid cooling towers are described.
